Sesame Workshop hired us to produce 4 music segments of their spinoff children's show, "The Helpsters," for Apple TV. Filming occurred at a greenscreen stage in Burbank, California. We designed a split-screen filming setup which allowed multiple puppeteers to perform alongside our celebrity guests. In addition, we built temporary sound booths to record the actors' song vocals which were later mixed into the completed episodes.
We worked directly with a UK-based agency to produce a series of humorous TV ads for United Airlines. I assembled teams in San Francisco and Venice, California to film scripted trivia questions between our host and non-actors who were willing to appear on camera. We featured a variety of unexpected props and scenarios, and were instrumental in securing multiple, inconic filming locations around each city. Final editorial by the client.
For the first time in 23 years the NBA is back on NBC. My team was hired by NBC Sports to produce and film a promo spot for the upcoming sports season featuring actor Jack McBrayer. Backlot filming occured on the Universal Studios Lot with a sizeable crew and art department presence. Additional greenscreen filming occurred in 3 other states where we captured NBA players for additional plates and reaction shots.
Nintendo hired us to produce multiple spots to launch their Switch gaming console. I assembled and travelled 3 crews for on-site filming. We began with superstar John Cena in Los Angeles, capturing meet-and-greets with fans and footage for media outlets. Next was a ski resport in Aspen, Colorado filming professional snowboarders. Lastly, in New York City, we drove through Times Square and Union Square Park before arriving at Central Park.
Lead Producer on a 6-month project to launch Topic, the flagship SVOD service from First Look Media. I coordinated all video masters with licensors such as BBC, ITV, and Oscilloscope then lead a team of 6 editors to transcode, QC, ingest, and design artwork for 500+ international films and TV series. I also oversaw subtitles in 15+ languages before ingesting the entire library to Amazon Prime and Apple TV.
UEG / Edelman agency brought us aboard an ongoing campaign with Samsung to promote their Galaxy phone lineup. They gave us surprising freedom in allowing us to craft and film an intimate, cinematic session with rapper and entrepreneur Lil Yachty at Sound Factory in Hollywood.
An intimate cinematic interview with actor Chloë Grace Moretz on her fragrance line for COACH. Working closely with the client I sourced the venue, crew, production design, and talent management for this urban film project.
VH1 approached us to edit a series of broadcast bumpers and social media promos for their Trailblazer Honors awards show at The Hollywood Palladium. In connection with International Women's Day, the show honored a variety female talent in entertainment, politics, athletics, and activism. Editorial work commenced immediately following taping of the show as we worked closely with the brand's Creative Directors to output all assets & media within 48 hours.
I've produced 10 episodes of Microsoft's "Xbox Sessions" series for Mighty Media Studios. Each show features a different celebrity, gaming influencer, or pro athlete. Sessions are filmed at a variety of locations from corporate lounges to photo studios and even celebrity homes. My team transforms each space into a makeshift filming & portrait studio. Multi-camera recording is conducted in a live-to-tape manner with final editorial by the client.

NBC Sports approached us on multiple occasions to film cinematic commercials and TV bumpers with the Stanley Cup. All segments aired during NHL Playoff games on NBC-owned channels. Content was shot on-location and featured a combination of celebrity talent and real-world hockey fans showing pride for their local teams. I travelled and assembled crews in Los Angeles, Tampa, and Las Vegas among others for exciting filming opportunities.
Cadillac collaborated with my team to broadcast the reveal of their luxury-class electric sedan, the Celestiq. At the center of the broadcast was the vehicle's designer, Grammy-musician & artist Lenny Kravitz. This multi-camera show also utilized a steadicam and carefully rehearsed lighting cues by our team. The presentation was part of a larger press party at Milk Studios in Hollywood. Lighting and venue supplied by the client.
We've partnered with Salesforce for 3+ years to produce all "Salesforce Today" broadcast segments during their World Tour conferences. It's a newsdesk setup with studio staging & lighting, a variety of corporate guests, and commentary & critiques on their most important product lines. I've assembled dozens of union & non-union crews in New York, Chicago, Washington D.C., San Francisco, and beyond. We also produce behind-the-scenes promos for the events.
GoPro and creative marketing agency Pen & Public hired us to broadcast a product launch from the Squaw Valley Ski Resort in California. The presentation debuted a fresh lineup of handheld & drone cameras and featured software demos and product updates to over 1 million international viewers. We transported and assembled our control room on site, rehearsed all camera moves & script beats, and delivered a dynamic show for their audience!
Sony hired us to produce and broadcast a multi-camera stage show for the Bad Boys 3 film premiere at the Hollywood Chinese Theatre. We installed a broadcast truck for our 25+ crew & clients. We designed & executed a 60-minute program for Will Smith and Martin Lawrence to make their entrance. Cameras included a jib, steadicam, POV, and multiple wireless angles. Before the show we'd engineered & installed 5 remote feeds at viewing parties around the country!
A multi-camera show from the BET Awards Red Carpet at the Peacock Theatre in Los Angeles. We built our master control in a broadcast production truck to collaborate with Paramount's marketing team during the process. I assembled 30+ union & non-union crew and oversaw the carpet during the event to identify & pull talent. Our art department transformed the space into an additional post-show broadcast stage!
Creative team Pen & Public chose us to broadcast the video game launch of Mortal Kombat 11 from a secret Los Angeles location. Design, venue, and scripting were provided, but we otherwise produced, switched, and encoded a 3+ hour multi-camera show featuring multiple segments, creator discussions, & live gameplay matches. I oversaw all promo filming & editorial of a post-event sizzle for Warner Brothers marketing.
I produced 8 episodes of Capital One's "Cafe Influencers" series for 160over90. The show is equal parts financial discussion & audience questions with a variety of influencers, athletes, authors and actors. Each week we brought in art pieces, furniture, cameras, and lighting to transform the Capital One Cafes in Santa Monica and Chicago into makeshift filming studios. Episodes were a mixture of live broadcasts and live-to-tape recording.
For 3 years our teams at Suite Spot have engineered a weeklong broadcast experience for Salesforce's Dreamforce conference in San Francisco. Each year we build an on-site control room to ingest dozens of feeds from 6 speaker stages. We direct cameras, music, graphics, signal encoding, and output 6 simultaneous channels to the Salesforce website for millions of international viewers. Our crew of 60+ union & non-union hires came from around the country.
For 3 years Arbonne International has collaborated with Suite Spot as the broadcast encoding partner for their Global Training Conference at the MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas. Our engineering teams work closely to prepare, test, and ingest live camera feeds from 2 presentation stages during their 3-day event. We add music, graphics, and supply their web developer with a curated broadcast channel for a private audience of over 25,000 international viewers.
For the 2nd straight year Civic Agency allowed us to film cinematic content for Verizon at their booth during Mobile World Congress Americas. Our camera teams captured interviews & technology demos with their CEO, corporate executives, and product engineers. Moreover I served as post-supervisor on a post-event sizzle with the agency's creative director to showcase Verizon's biggest announcements of the week.
Dove partnered with Shonda Rhimes for their ongoing "Real Beauty" campaign aimed at building self confidence in women and young children. We had the pleasure of producing 2 interviews with her at a photo studio in Hollywood. What made this shoot memorable was the agency's request for me to hire an all-female-identifying crew (fortunately they made an exception for me).
Sesame Street hired us to produce a PSA featuring Elmo and to promote Mark Zuckerberg's philanthropic organization, The Chan Zuckerberg Initiative. This multi-camera video was filmed at an elementary school in Palo Alto, California and utilized both serious & comedic scripted scenes with the organization's co-founder, Priscilla Chan, as she and Elmo talked to local students and teachers. Final editorial by the client.
As a freelancer I organized & cast a 3-month test group for ICON Health & Fitness (now iFit), the largest exercise machine maker in the country. Our goal was to commit 50 non-actors to the project, secure & remodel an exercise warehouse, organize daily workouts, and distribute a meal plan. We coordinated everyone for medical imaging & lab work then conducted testimonials & photo shoots to highlight the biggest success stories!
McFit, one of the largest fitness chains in Europe, hired MEGAMACE Fitness Productions to produce and edit 4 seasons of instructional exercise videos. Each season I was responsible for researching, scheduling, and casting top-tier trainers to lead each series. Over the course of working with McFit I auditioned over 1,000 candidates. I oversaw multi-day casting sessions in Los Angeles & New York and prepared decks & background summaries on each trainer.
"Black Fire" is an 8-part instructional workout series for Daily Burn's fitness subscription platform led by Bob Harper, former host of NBC's "The Biggest Loser" reality competition series. I was responsible for organizing and casting all background talent with specific requirements to research and target former athletes, professional dancers, and certified fitness instructors.
Before "Fast Car" shows on Netflix and other networks there was "World's Fastest Car Show" a 5-season series featuring professional racecar driver Justin Bell. Production requirements included in-car interviews with Justin providing commentary, studio interviews with guests, and race track & mountain road filming & permitting.
Running for 81 episodes, "The Downshift" is a documentary-style series that presents some of the most fascinating personalities, real-life stories and incredible machinery from beyond the automotive mainstream. Production requirements included interview sourcing and scheduling, on-location filming, travel & permit assistance, and copyright clearances.
Each year at MotorTrend we assemble the 12 fastest consumer vehicles in North America to create the world's most epic drag race. The project begins with us securing and clearing an entire airplane runway of debris. We then coordinate and summon over 50 members of our driving, photography, paramedic, and video production teams for on-site filming in Orange County, California.
Running just shy of 200 episodes, "Ignition" puts you in the seat of the automotive world's latest car, truck and SUV offerings. Each week our director, DP, Producer, and a rotating team of experts would throttle and tested the limits of a new vehicle using a repetitive, but highly effective filming formula. Production requirements included race track testing & beauty shots, mountain road driving & permiting, custom on-screen graphics, and tightly scripted host segments.
Volkswagen partnered with our marketing department on a humorous, branded video featuring some impressive stunt driving and nearly 100 GoPro cameras mounted to the car. Production requirements included filming on closed race tracks, filming in and around downtown Los Angeles, location permitting, and client integration & video playback.
Running for 3 seasons, "Epic Drives" takes viewers on a driving tour of the country's greatest roads with our host and their vehicle-of-the-month. While I wasn't able to go on most trips our production requirements included script coordinating, VO sessions, travel, gear shipment, footage transfers, and film permits. Notable locations include National Parks, the Alaskan Wilderness, the Arctic Circle, Colorado Mountain trails, and California off-road deserts.
